The Big Medicine Brewing Co. seeks to be a community-orientated and community-based Missoula microbrewery grounded in the world’s great brewing traditions combined with a center for positive change. Through their expansive beers, a celebratory atmosphere, and workshops and dialogues, the brewery and center’s purpose is to “support people in their own transformation so they are better prepared to authentically connect and transform the world around them.”

Big Medicine Brewing Co. is entering the final push towards their goal of raising $100,000 which they hope to complete by the end of July.  They have identified a location in downtown Missoula for the brewery and center and have produced a professional documentary about the project to assist with fundraising at indiegogo.com.

On Tuesday, June 25, 2013, Big Medicine will host a raffle and presentation about the brewery at Missoula’s Wilma Theater followed by a screening of Strange Brew.  Doors open at 6:30 p.m., the presentation starts at 7:00 p.m and the movie gets going at 7:45 p.m.
